I LOVE THE HUNGER GAMES

Okay so the title was pretty explanatory but I do I really really do. For those of you who haven't read it heres what it's about. North America has been destroyed to a small country called Panem. Panem is split up into districs that are like city states. The farther back the districs are from the Capitol the pooer they are. There are 12 districs. There was a rebellion because the districs were starving and they destroyed distric 13. All the districs give something to the Capitol weather it's fish, or coal, or fruits. To keep the districs in line and to show them the Capitol controls them and can do anything they want to them they have an annual Hunger Games. What the Hunger Games are is a fight to the death on live televistion. Baseicly what happens is in the summer they pick one boy and one girl ranging in age from 12 to 18 and every year your name is entered one more time. You can ask for tessary and your family gets grain and oil but your name is put in more times then. You are then transported to the Capitol where you train for a week or so then you are put in an arena and you fight to the death til you are the last one standing the rest are dead. So it's about this girl,Katniss Everdeen, and she live in district 12. At the reaping that's what the call the drawing.Her sister, Primrose, is 12 years old and her name is entered once in the reaping and she is called . Katniss can not stand the thought of her sister going into an arena and dieting so she volunteers as tribute. The boys name that is draw is named Peeta Mellark. So Katniss and Peeta are shipped off to the Capitol whith one token from thiere distric thiere esvortes are a crazy women named Effie Trinket and the only live winner Haymitch Abernathy. So they go throughout the training and every thing and Katniss earns the nickname girl on fire because on the first night her stylist set her and Peeta in fire. Then Katniss is pulled into have a fake star crossed lovers thing with Peeta and is fought by surprise when at thiere inerviews Peeta said he had always had a crutch on Katniss. So in they arena she becomes allies with a 12 year old named Rue when Rue is killed they announse that two winners from the same district could win she gose on a mad hint for Peeta. When she finds him they set up a camp to heal Peeta back to health sence he was almost dead. And then it's just them and a guy named Cato start to get Agra Ted by mutts the mutts kill Cato and then they say that they have to kill each other so they take these berries called night lock and they kill you befor they get to your stomach.So they pull a double suicide And so they say that both of them could win so yeah and thats just the first book. The books are by Suzanne Collins. They are very blood and very gory and they are very good. I love reading them and I am sooo excited about seeing the movie I get to see it next friday. Yay!
